Una charla por computadora con URBE (andres) hablando sobre muestreos.

andres: la frecuenca de muestreo son las cantidades de muestras o por decirlo así de fotos del audio por segundo es decir 44,000, 48,000 yo por ejemplo tengo una emu que graba a frecuencias de 88,000, 96,000, 172,000 y 192,000 pero la neta a esas frencuencias lo que te lleva 50 megas a 48,000 son como 2 gigas a 192,000 y casi nigún software te corre bien a esas frecuencias. andres: los bits es otra onda y es la cantidad de información del archivo, y a 24 bits es lo recomendable, si grabas a 16 bits cuando aplicas efectos y editas y licuas, mueles y tuestas el audio, se va degradando y tu muestra puede llegar a ser de 8, 10 o 12 bits, es por eso que al hacerlo a 24 al degradarse llegará a 16 bits y no tendras bronca.

andres: de hecho hay sistemas que trabajan a 32 bits y con la novedad de que sonar maneja 64 bits pero aun no hay un hardware accesible para esas profundidades de información.cainkuri.rm: wow... orale... esta padre eso... si, ahora estoy grabando aqui con un cuateandres: la mas grafica explicación sería que el audio es una onda con picos y valles, si divides esa onda grafica en 8 escalones así archiva un sistema a 8 bits, vas a encontrar saltos fuertes en la grafica, si archivas a 16 serian 16 escalones para simular una onda, a 24 tendrías 24 escalones o niveles de almacenamiento y se aproxima mas a una onda analoga. pero la verdadera revolución se dará cuando se haga accesible la tecnología super analoga, en la cual el verdadero pulso analógico es casi interpretado de manera digital, asi funciona el super audio cd un formato que no ha pegado, pero funciona con otra tecnologia, distinta al pcm actual con la que se reproduce un cd, esa tecnologia te da por segundo algo asi como

Sinopsis

Cuatro niños viven tranquilamente con su madre en un pisito de Tokio. Ninguno tiene el mismo padre y tampoco han ido nunca al colegio. El propietario del piso ni siquiera conoce a tres de ellos. Un buen día, la madre desaparece dejando un poco de dinero y una nota para que el mayor se ocupe de sus hermanitos. Así empieza una nueva vida para los cuatro niños que sólo se tienen a sí mismos, una vida que “Nadie Sabe”.

Cruelmente abandonados, los cuatro se arreglan para sobrevivir en su pequeño mundo en el que fijan sus propias reglas. Pero al enfrentarse al mundo exterior, se derrumba el frágil equilibrio que habían conseguido mantener.

Un hecho real

La película se inspira en un hecho real conocido como “el suceso de los cuatro niños abandonados de Nishi-Sugamo”. Ocurrió hace 16 años, en 1988. De padres diferentes, los niños no habían ido al colegio ni existían legalmente ya que no se declaró su nacimiento. Después de que la madre les abandonara, vivieron solos durante seis meses. La muerte de la más pequeña puso un fin trágico a la aventura. Lo más extraño es que ninguno de los inquilinos del inmueble sabía de la existencia de tres de los niños.

Este suceso hace plantear varias preguntas. La vida de esos niños no pudo ser únicamente negativa. Debieron disfrutar de momentos de complicidad, de alegría, de tristeza y de esperanza. No se pretende mostrar el “infierno” visto desde fuera, sino la “riqueza” de sus vidas desde dentro.

La solucion para este problema está en copiar la libreria Mso9intl.dll en la carpeta de Solidworks
Esta libreria es de Microsoft, suele instalarse con MS Office, sólo copiela dentro de la carpeta en que se instaló SW

Luego sin reiniciar siquiera SW se ejecutará sin problemas.

Yo tuve en persona ese inconveniente.

Causa:
La causa posible del problema es tener instalado un idioma incorrecto de la versión de Visual Basic Aplication (VBA). Normalmente SolidWorks espera que la instalación de VBA en una computadora en México sea en español. Desafortunadamente VBA es un programa instalado por varios software, donde muchas veces la instalación por predeterminado es en ingles, en vez de español.
Aquí se incluye información de cómo instalar Visual Basic de forma manual.
Instrucciones:
Estos son los pasos para arreglar el problema de instalación de SolidWorks:

1. Descargar la carpeta VBA, descarga aquí o en el menú Archivos Adicionales
2. Descomprimirlo directamente en C:\
3. Si tienes Windows 98/ME descarga el archivo instmsi.exe, descarga la carpeta VBA de la instrucción numero 1 o en el menú Archivos Adicionales
4. Si tienes Windows NT/2000/XP descarga el archivo instmsiw.exe, descarga la carpeta VBA de la instrucción numero 1 o en el menú Archivos Adicionales
5. Abrir sesión como administrador
6. Desinstalar SolidWorks
7. Borrar la carpeta de instalación c:/archivos de programa/SolidWorks
8. Deshabilita del antivirus “Auto protección” (Norton AV) o el similar con otros programas. Con el antivirus activo, el sistema inhabilita los cambios hechos al momento de reiniciar la computadora.
9. Dar clic en “inicio” (start) luego en “ejecutar” (run) después escribe en la ventana: “regedit” (sin comillas)
10. Borrar las llaves de registro siguientes (adjunto imágenes) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SolidWorks
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA program setting
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SolidWorks
11. Cierra la ventana del editor de registro
    Instala el archivo instmsi.exe o instmsiw.exe según sea el el sistema operativo.
12. Ejecutar el archivo de vba6.msi que se encuentra en la carpeta que se descomprimió en el paso número 2
13. Instalar SolidWorks.

LA EXPLICACIÓN

Motivado por el cansancio….o no, en la carretera pueden suceder muchas cosas, cosas que por el momento carecen de explicación.

Algo sucede en la novena planta. Luís, un guardia de seguridad, conoce a una misteriosa chica que esconde un secreto. ¿Amor o tragedia?….

¿Hay algo después de la muerte?. Es la eterna pregunta. Aparentemente no tenemos la respuesta…., ¿y si la tenemos delante y lo que sucede es que no sabemos verla o interpretarla?, pero…., ¿realmente queremos conocer la respuesta?

LA ÚLTIMA PARADA

Muchas son las leyendas urbanas que cuentan espeluznantes historias vividas en el Metro. El protagonista de esta historia jamás hubiera imaginado lo que sucedió aquella noche al llegar a “La última parada”.

Nada que no supiera ya. Pero bueno, feliz cumpleaños que yo la sigo buscando y esperando que siga por ahí haciendo su vida. Lo primero que he pensado es que la edad la alcanzó, que dejó de ser niña-adolescente-mujer-independiente, a otra cosa. Y que extraño, solo espero que siga escribiendo porque me gustaba mucho y no nada más a mi, eso está clarísimo. Bueno pues mejor me pongo a trabajar y a hacer otra cosa, solo quería postear que extraño sus fotos, que extraño leerla y que extraño la manera en la que nunca me respondía sus mails, pero eso último me importaba poco mientras siguera escribiendo y compartiendo sus cosas, su vida. Aún sigo con la esperanza que aparezca por ahí... y quien sabe. Probablemente cambio de identidad como lo hice yo (alguien me dio esa idea).

Bueno, pues hay miles de caminos que imaginar, y alguno de esos será. Pensemos en los buenos.

photographic rules can get you out of a jam and help you get good shots when
nothing else will.

What happens when your systems go belly-up, when all of that cutting-edge
technology dies and you must rely on (gasp!) your own knowledge? It pays to
have these basics in your head. They can get you out of a jam and help you
get good shots when nothing else will.
1. Sunny 16 Rule
The basic exposure for an average scene taken on a bright, sunny day is f/16
at a shutter speed equivalent to one over the ISO setting-that is, f/16 at
1/100 sec at ISO 100. From this you can interpolate, and try f/22 at the
beach, f/11 on a cloudy-bright day, etc.
2. Moony 11, 8, and 5.6 Rules
There are many different rules that work well when shooting the moon. One
favorite for a proper exposure of a full moon is f/11 at one over the ISO
setting. For pictures of a half moon, use the same shutter speed at f/8, and
for a quarter moon, use the same shutter speed at f/5.6.
3. Camera Shake Rule
The slowest shutter speed at which you can safely handhold a camera is one
over the focal length of the lens in use. As shutter speeds get slower,
camera shake is likely to result in an increasing loss of sharpness. So, if
you're using a 50mm lens, shoot at 1/60 sec or faster. Not enough light? Use
a flash, tripod, or brace your camera against a solid object.
4. Anatomical Gray Card
Metering off an 18-percent neutral gray card is a good way to get a midtone
reading that will give you a good overall exposure of a scene. Forgot your
gray card? Hold your open hand up so it's facing the light, take a reading
off your palm, open up one stop, and shoot. (Various skin tones rarely

5. Depth of Field Rules
When focusing on a deep subject, focus on a point about a third of the way
into the picture to maximize depth of field, because the depth-of-field zone
behind that point is about twice as deep as the depth-of-field zone in front
of it. This works for all apertures and focal lengths, but the smaller the
aperture and the shorter the focal length, and the greater the distance you
shoot at, the greater the depth of field.
6. Largest Digital Print Rule
To calculate in inches the largest photo-quality print you can make with a
digital camera, divide the vertical and horizontal pixel counts (see your
manual) by 200. For critical applications, or if you want exhibition-quality
prints, divide the pixel counts by 250.
7. Exposure Rules
The classic advice is, "Expose for the highlights, and let the shadows take
care of themselves." This works with slide film and digital. But with
negative film, especially color negative, you're better off overexposing by
one stop.
8. Quick Flash-fill Rule
When using an automatic flash unit that doesn't provide auto flash-fill
ratios, set the flash's ISO dial to twice the ISO you're using. Meter the
scene, select an f-stop, set the autoflash aperture to the same f-stop, and
shoot. The resulting 2:1 flash-fill ratio will produce filled shadows one
stop darker than the main subject.
9. Flash Range Rule
Want to know how much extra flash range you get by going to a faster ISO?
The rule is, "Double the distance, four times the speed." For example: If
your flash is good to 20 feet at ISO 100 (film or digital), it will be good
to 40 feet at ISO 400.
10. Megapixel Multiplier Rule
To double the resolution in a digital camera, you must increase the number
of megapixels by a factor of four-not two. Why? The number of pixels in both
the vertical and horizontal dimensions must be doubled to double the pixel
density across the image sensor.
11. Action-stopping Rules
To stop action moving across the frame that's perpendicular to the lens
axis, you need shutter speeds two stops faster than action moving toward or
away from you. For action moving at a 45-degree angle to the lens axis, you
can use a shutter speed one stop slower. For example: If a person running
toward you at moderate speed can be stopped at 1/125 sec, you'll need a
shutter speed of 1/500 sec to stop the subject moving across the frame, and
a shutter speed of 1/250 sec to stop him if moving obliquely with respect to
the camera.
12. Sunset Rule
To get a properly exposed sunset, meter the area directly above the sun
(without including the sun). If you want the scene to look like it's a
half-hour later, stop down by one f-stop, or set exposure compensation to
minus one.
